Vibrant Response 11.1 is a U.S. Army North, (U.S. Northern Command’s Joint Force Land Component Command) field training exercise that simulates a terrorist attack in the United States. This exercise takes place on Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center and Muscatatuck Urban Training Complex March 11 through the 20th.
