    U.S. and Indian Army personnel conduct bilateral medical and casualty evacuation training during exercise Yudh Abhyas 2026 at Mahajan Field Firing Range, Rajasthan, India, Sept. 17, 2026. The scenario integrated simulated casualty assessment and treatment, ground movement and aviation evacuation allowing personnel from both armies to rehearse medical procedures, exchange techniques and strengthen interoperability in a combined environment. Yudh Abhyas is an annual bilateral exercise designed to improve interoperability between the U.S. and Indian armies while strengthening their ability to operate together.
