U.S. and Indian Army Soldiers participate in an opening ceremony for exercise Yudh Abhyas 2026 at the Chidasar Grand Stand, Mahajan Field Firing Range (MFFR), Rajasthan, India, Sept. 15, 2026. The ceremony brought together Soldiers and leaders from both armies and marked the beginning of bilateral training at MFFR. Yudh Abhyas provides U.S. and Indian Army forces opportunities to conduct combined training, exchange tactics, techniques and procedures and strengthen readiness, interoperability and cooperation.
