Norfolk Naval Shipyard's (NNSY) Defense Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) has wrapped up and now the team is hard at work analyzing the results. Rear Adm. Kavon 'Hak' Hakimzadeh met with Code 1130 Department Resilience Team Member Dylan Lupton who helped develop a new DEOCS Desk Guide aimed to provide more timely and accurate analysis of the survey results so that NNSY can determine the areas of improvement and begin making an effort for positive change.
