In 1952, Colonel Aaron Bank was tasked with creating the Army's first Special Forces unit. That unit became 10th Special Forces Group.
We were the first, the Originals.
Europe was our first mission set, and it remains our focus today. Across the continent, we work alongside allies and partners, building trust, strengthening interoperability, and enhancing collective readiness.
We operate where others cannot. From denied and degraded environments to the Arctic's unforgiving cold, 10th Group trains to survive, maneuver, and win in the world's most demanding conditions.
As the battlefield evolves, so do we. Through Next Generation Command and Control, we connect teams, sensors, and commanders across the battlefield, enabling faster decisions and a shared understanding of the fight.
