Chuck Echols and John Howard, a former U.S. Air Force captain, both prior pilots with the 118th Wing, Tennessee Air National Guard, speak on their experiences delivering an organ donation while being the only aircraft in the skies over the U.S. following the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, at Berry Field Air National Guard Base, Nashville Tennessee, Sept. 9, 2023.
