College Park, MD – Search and Rescue (SAR) professionals from across the U.S. converged to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Center for Weather and Climate Predictions from 25-27 August, 2026 for training, collaboration on operational coordination, and updates impacting the U.S. Search and Rescue Satellite Aided Tracking (SARSAT) system.
