Tim Miller, an employee at Crane Army Ammunition Activity, tests out the emergency railroad rescue trolley that he invented. Miller built the rescue trolley to assist Crane staff and civilian first responders in evacuating up to two injured people in the event of a medical emergency at one of the many facilities on Crane that are only accessible by railroad. Portions of this video have been edited to protect operational security. (U.S. Army video by Sgt. Austin Goss)
