Two dozen U.S. Army Soldiers attending the 68W Combat Medic Military Occupational Specialty transition course at the 166th Regiment – Regional Training Institute conduct a field training exercise Aug. 28, 2026, at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania. During the exercise, students were evaluated on their ability to establish and operate a battalion aid station, conduct dismounted patrols, provide tactical combat casualty care to simulated casualties, and medically evacuate patients.
