The 238th Aviation Regiment (MEDEVAC), New Hampshire Army National Guard, completes a notional training mission conducting a search and rescue from a mountain top in northern New Hampshire, June 3, 2026. For the unit to be able to provide the best care to those who need it, they work continuously to improve and refine their skills. The MEDEVAC unit works directly with New Hampshire's search and rescue teams to help those in need from dangerous conditions and injuries, and assist in bringing them to facilities for proper care.
