Alabama National Guard Soldiers assigned to the 167th Theater Sustainment Command test their critical thinking and decision making skills at the Leadership Reaction Course on Clark Range, Anniston, Alabama, Aug. 1, 2026. The 16 lane course challenged participants to think critically, communicate efficiently, and rely on collective strategy to overcome each obstacle. The Soldiers were authorized to downgrade their uniforms due to Heat Category 5 conditions to reduce heat-related risks and ensure Soldier safety during training.
