Dr. Frank Damazo receives his O2M3 from the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases for his work with Operation Whitecoat and a storied career in Military Medicine. Dr. Damazo was an integral part of helping 2,300 Seventh Day Adventists in their support of biological defense between 1954 to 1973. Major General Paula C. Lodi, former Commanding General of the Military Research and Development Command (MRDC) and Brigadier General Constance L. Jenkins, current Commanding General of MRDC, were present to help present the award to Dr. Damazo.
