Observer Coach/Trainers (OC/Ts) conduct the 2026 Pershing Cup Best OC/T Competition "Three Gun Lane" at McGregor Range Complex, New Mexico, Aug. 23, 2026. The lane consist of hitting targets downrange on three different weapon systems and assembling a squad automatic weapon (machine gun). OC/Ts are the Army’s premier master trainers, professionals who sharpen the Nation’s warfighting advantage to a razor’s edge.
