Observer, Coach/Trainers (OC/T) from across the Army complete the communications lane during the Best OC/T Competition at Ft. Bliss, Texas, Aug. 22, 2026. The Best Observer, Coach/Trainer competition identifies the exemplary leaders and master trainers who leverage our greatest advantage, Army Reserve, Active-Duty, and National Guard Soldiers, to build the world's most dominant and combat-credible land force, disciplined in training, mastery of warfighting fundamentals, and the ability to outpace adversaries in a rapidly evolving security environment.
