The U.S. Army Field Band performs at the historic Edinburgh Castle Esplanade for the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo from August 7-29, 2026, representing the United States and the U.S. Army in its 250th year. As part of the international production A Call to Gather, the U.S. Army Field Band joins more than 800 military musicians and cultural performers from around the world in a celebration of tradition, innovation, and global connection. The appearance continues the organization’s mission to build relationships and share the stories of America’s Soldiers.
