U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to 100th Battalion, 442nd Infantry Regiment, Charlie Company, demonstrate combat casualty care procedures to Tentara Nasional Indonesia–Angkatan Darat (TNI-AD) during Exercise Ksatria Warrior 2026 (KW26) at Baturaja Combat Training Center, Indonesia, Aug. 16, 2026. Training included airway management techniques, chest seal application, casualty treatment and evacuation procedures designed to increase medical readiness and battlefield survivability. The medical exchange provided an opportunity for both forces to share knowledge, compare procedures and strengthen interoperability. KW26 is focused on building long-lasting partnerships, expanding bilateral interoperability, and increasing unit readiness.
