The U.S. Space Force honored Gen. Chance Saltzman and celebrated his distinguished 35-year military career during his retirement ceremony, Aug. 13, at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, D.C. Saltzman has served as the second chief of space operations since Nov. 2, 2022.
