The DOW National Guard State Partnership Program strengthens relationships with partner nations through military-to-military engagements that build trust, enhance readiness and interoperability, and advance shared security. Over the past year, more than 1,000 National Guard Soldiers and Airmen supported more than 1,500 engagements with partners around the world, including training and exchanges focused on emergency response, cybersecurity, resilience, collaboration and innovation. For more than 30 years, the State Partnership Program has connected the National Guard with partner nations through enduring relationships that strengthen security at home and abroad.
