U.S. Soldiers assigned to various units prepare to rappel down a helicopter during Air Assault School in the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany, Aug. 13, 2026. The 10-day Air Assault School is to train Soldiers in air assault operations, sling-load operations, and rappelling.
