Air Commandos from the 919th Special Operations Wing prepare and marshall an AC-130J Ghostrider for takeoff at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, July 17, 2026, for Exercise Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2026. As part of RIMPAC, the Ghostrider crews joined participating partner nations taking coordinated turns striking decommissioned target vessels showcasing the high level of international planning and coalition interoperability required for complex maritime engagements.
