Soldiers from the 63d, 81st, 88th and 99th Readiness Divisions came together for a five-lane fitness challenge hosted by the 63d Readiness Division during the Effects Coordination Board.
Soldiers ran between stations and completed exercises including burpees, squats, rowing and cycling. Built around the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness principles, the challenge emphasized physical and mental readiness while strengthening camaraderie through shared effort and friendly competition.
The event provided an opportunity for Soldiers from across the Army Reserve’s four Readiness Divisions to build connections while reinforcing a common goal: maintaining a ready and resilient force prepared to meet the demands of the mission.
