B-roll showing Tactical Air Control Party specialists from the Air Force’s 14th Air Support Operations Squadron and the Georgia Air National Guard's 165th Air Support Operations Squadron conducting a simulated medevac during Exercise Northern Strike 26-2, Aug. 7, 2026, at Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Michigan. The training event required the TACP team to parachute from a U.S. Marine Corp MV-22B Osprey from the Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 774. After securing the casualty, they loaded them onto a C-130 Hercules from the Missouri Air National Guard’s 180th Airlift Squadron. The patients then received care from the Oklahoma Air National Guard’s 137th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. NS 26-2 is a premier reserve component training event that focuses on joint readiness training to build interoperability and strengthen partnerships in an all-domain environment.
