FBI Honolulu partnered with Honolulu Police Department and Hawaii Department of Law Enforcement (DLE) to produce a video explaining key guidelines for drone operators—including restricted airspace, Temporary Flight Restrictions, and the safety risks posed to the public and first responders. Flying in certain areas isn’t just dangerous; it can be a federal crime with serious penalties. We encourage all drone users to watch this video and stay informed.
