Kosovo Security Force personnel and Air National Guardsmen participate in a Physical Security and Stockpile Management (PSSM) teach-back course in Kosovo in June 2026. Subject matter experts from the Pennsylvania Air National Guard's 111th Attack Wing and the Texas Air National Guard's 147th Attack Wing partnered with the Golden West Humanitarian Foundation to mentor previously trained Kosovo and Albanian instructors as they led classroom instruction and practical exercises in ammunition incident investigation and temporary ammunition storage. The humanitarian mission strengthens partner nation capacity by reinforcing safe ammunition management practices, developing self-sustaining instructors and enhancing long-term regional partnerships through continued collaboration.
