Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Patuxent River is the central command responsible for operational readiness and healthcare delivery across multiple Navy Medicine locations in the Atlantic region. It oversees NMRTC Patuxent River, Navy Medicine and Readiness Training Unit (NMRTU) Dahlgren, NMRTC Detachment Indian Head, and NMRTC Detachment Joint Base Andrews.
