Drivers who know how to hastily measure water depth and speed can avoid losing control of their vehicle and becoming a flood fatality. Instructors from the Washington National Guard 205th Training Regiment now offer a course that teaches flood responders how to determine if flood water is safe to drive through and how to conduct a water rescue.
