Community members assigned to U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria participate in a winter recreation trip hosted by the Wild Bavaria Outdoor Adventure and Recreation (B.O.A.R.) Center to Zugspitze, Germany’s highest mountain, Dec. 13, 2025. The trip provides Soldiers, families and civilians the opportunity to ski, snowboard and experience one of Germany’s premier alpine destinations while promoting resilience, recreation and quality of life.
