U.S. Army and Navy service members conduct medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) training during Combined Joint Logistics Over-the-Shore (CJLOTS) at Pohang, South Korea, July 9, 2026. CJLOTS tested the joint force's ability to rapidly deploy and treat casualties while operating in environments where traditional port infrastructure may be unavailable, strengthening readiness across the theater.
