An accompanying Range Fouler Debrief, DOW-UAP-D089, describes the phenomenon as “quite small” and as “continu[ing] in a constant direction.” The report characterizes the shape of the phenomenon as “indistinguishable,” with a metallic appearance and reflective underside.
