U.S. Army noncommissioned officers assigned to 1st Battalion, 44th Air Defense Artillery Regiment, 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, compete in the battalion’s Noncommissioned Officer of the Quarter Competition at Fort Hood, Texas, June 2-5, 2026. Competitors were tested through the Army Fitness Test, Combat Water Survival Training, land navigation, weapons familiarization, a 12-mile ruck march, a formal board and an obstacle course.
