U.S. Marines and Sailors with 8th Engineer Support Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB), receive casualty evacuation training from LifeNet Air Ambulance personnel in Douglas, Ariz., June 2, 2026. The training familiarized JTF-SB service members with aeromedical evacuation protocols, focusing on the treatment and safe transfer of injured personnel to helicopter transport.
