U.S. Marines assigned to 3rd Littoral Logistics Battalion, 3rd Marine Littoral Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, participate in the 3rd LLB change of command ceremony at Clark Air Base, Philippines, June 1, 2026. The ceremony formally transferred authority and responsibility from Lt. Col. Todd Hoyt, the outgoing commander, to Lt. Col. Kane Kukowski, the incoming commander, while reinforcing the unit’s continued support to bilateral training and interoperability alongside Philippine allies and partners.
