    B-roll of a National 9/11 American Flag Stitching Ceremony at Abrams Gym, Fort Hood, Texas. Volunteers restoring the flag that was recovered at the World Trade Center after the Sept. 11, 2001, attack in New York. Currently the National 9/11 Flag is on a journey across the United States to restore and become part of the National September 11 Memorial Museum. The National 9/11 Flag will be displayed at several locations throughout the United States and pieces from a flag destined for retirement will be stitched into the flag. During the event Fort Hood Soldiers and family members sew parts of a local flag into the larger 9/11 flag. The local flag was flown over Duncan Elementary School on Nov. 5, 2009, the date of the mass shooting that took place on Fort Hood that killed 13 people and wounded 30 others. Part 3 of 3.
