U.S. Navy Sailors with 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, provide medical care to simulated casualties during a certification exercise on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, May 18, 2026. 1st Med Bn. conducted the CERTEX to preserve medical readiness in core mission essential tasks and demonstrate proficiency in field environment medical care.
