U.S. Marines with Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting, Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron (HHS), Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Marines with the MCAS Iwakuni Provost Marshal Office, and first responders with MCAS Iwakuni fire and emergency services, conducted a simulated aircraft mishap exercise with U.S. Navy and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force medical personnel, station safety personnel, and volunteers at MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, April 24, 2026.
