U.S. Army noncommissioned officers assigned to the Division Sustainment Brigade, 1st Armored Division, completed an NCO Leadership Validation Course from March 23–26, followed by their induction ceremony on March 27, 2026. Throughout the course, newly promoted NCOs sharpened their leadership skills, strengthened their professionalism, and reinforced their responsibility to set the standard for Soldiers across the formation. The NCO Leadership Validation Course develops disciplined, capable, and confident leaders who uphold the legacy and advance the future of the Noncommissioned Officer Corps.
