U.S. Army 1st Lt. Jamie Kay assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division discusses her leadership journey prior to her promotion ceremony promoted to Cpt. Kay, during a ceremony recognizing continued service and leadership, at Boleslawiec, Poland, May 1st, 2026. Kay began her career as an enlisted soldier, separated as a Sgt. before returning to the army as an officer.
