Sailors assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Twentynine Palms participated in a simulated casualty response drill March 31, 2026, in support of a Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) training event. The exercise tested emergency response procedures, triage, and coordination between hospital staff and first responders across the emergency department, operating room, and support services in a time-sensitive environment. Drills like this provided medical staff and corpsmen the opportunity to train in realistic conditions, strengthening readiness and interoperability with MCAGCC, first responders, and joint partners.
