Finnish air force F/A-18 Hornet fighters complete in-air refueling next to an HC-130J Combat King II assigned to the 23rd Wing based out of Moody, Georgia, during Exercise Cold Response 26 in Norway, March 17, 2026. The 23rd Wing’s aircraft were utilized throughout Cold Response to support bilateral in-air refueling with the Finnish air force, playing a key role in NATO’s unified defensive posture by strengthening Alliance cohesion and assuring Allied publics.
