The Marine Corps' newest advertising campaign, Shifting Threats, showcases the increasingly complex and chaotic global environment that Marines are currently operating in, characterized by “un” threats: unpredictable, unimaginable, unknown and undeclared. The campaign conveys a single premise: Against ever-evolving threats, our Nation’s greatest asset is the adaptable skillset of Marines who fight and win.
U.S Marines with Martial Arts with the Martial Arts and Fitness Center of Excellence on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., lead a class on resiliency at the Society of Health and Physical Educators 2024 SHAPE America National Convention & Expo in Cleveland on March 14, 2024, providing a deeper dive into how the attendees can utilize the Marine Corps’ methods of building resiliency to do so within their students. The SHAPE convention showcased programs and resources to promote inclusive, active, kinder, and healthier school cultures. MCRC partnered with SHAPE in 2023, offering various engagement opportunities such as speaking engagements, workout sessions, and engagement booths. This partnership allows the Marine Corps to connect with educators and coaches, fostering discussions on shared values, workshop opportunities, and local relationship-building.
