A ceremony was held to dedicate the Atterbury-Muscatatuck Medical Simulation Training Center in Edinburgh Indiana in honor of SSG Richard Blakley, an Indiana National Guard combat medic who was killed in June 2006 while deployed to Iraq with the 738th Medical Company.
