Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Stephen Kelly, Petty Officer 1st Class DeWayne Visser and Petty Officers 3rd Class Eric Gordon and Gavin Kershaw pilot 16-foot flood punt boats in search of distressed residents in Friendswood, Texas, Aug. 29, 2017.
