RenovoDerm has developed a synthetic version of an advanced skin graft which can be used in wound and burn care. Field medics can open it up, place it directly in contact with the wound bed.Their manufacturing allows them the capability to run ten by twenty sheets down to a 16 millimeter disc. The sizing completely sets them apart being in a synthetic space in what was traditionally living cells....
