The devastation of Hurricane Matthew impacted many in it's path. The North Carolina National Guard was there every step of the way for rescue, clean up and restoration procedures. However in a small Volunteer Fire Department in Fair Bluff, North Carolina, National Guard support came in the form of a new Fire Station..the better term would be new to them....
