Every two minutes, someone in the U.S. is sexually assaulted. An average of 207,754 people aged 12 and older are assaulted each year. Fifteen percent of sexual assault and rape victims are under age 12. Out of 100 rapes, only 46 are reported to police. Of those, only five lead to a felony conviction....
