Between April 1 and Aug. 31, 2010, the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division conducted combat operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in the Ghazni, Paktua, Paktika and Khowst provinces in eastern Afghanistan.
