Over 3,650 community members attended the Innovative Readiness Training events over the course of 10 days in Cortland and Chenango Counties, N.Y., from July 15-24. Nearly 18,000 procedures were performed for medical, dental, optometry and veterinary services. The cost in savings to both communities totaled over $1.76 million dollars....
