Gov. Tony Evers, Maj. Gen. Paul Knapp — Wisconsin’s adjutant general — and other senior Wisconsin National Guard leaders joined family and friends at the Miller High Life Theater in downtown Milwaukee Sept. 30 for a formal sendoff ceremony for approximately 280 members of the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 157th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade headquarters and the 357th Signal Company.......
