One of the missions currently being performed by members of the New Mexico National Guard is the transportation of Roswell, N.M., citizens in need of dialysis treatments. Citizens were snowed in to their homes due to a winter blizzard that caused roads to be impassable. For at least two days, local members of the National Guard traversed the icy, snowpacked conditions to help citizens in need.......

Members of New Mexico National Guard's 717th Brigade Support Battalion worked to begin clearing the road leading from the Roswell, N.M., airport to a community of about 100 citizens. The community had been unable to get to the town of Roswell due to the snow and drifts that made travel on the one thoroughfare impossible. The Soldiers have cleared 4 miles already with another 10 to go in order......
