Sgt. Monica Hepker, an animal care specialist from Cedar Rapids, Iowa and a member of the Army Reserve, plays with Dushuri (Albanian for "love") after the Dog Town ribbon cutting ceremony. Hepker has developed a close friendship with Dushuri and plans on adopting her and taking following the completion of her deployment....
